Most agencies charge a percentage of your ad budget, typically 10-20%. So the more you spend, the more they take - and the more they push you to spend. I charge a fixed, affordable monthly fee. Run S$500 or S$5,000 in ads, my fee doesn't move - and every extra dollar goes to your campaigns, not my commission.
