I'm JY. I build a realistic digital twin - a natural on-screen presenter, or a twin of you - that speaks your script to camera. Explainers, product walkthroughs and education videos, with no studio, no crew and no filming day.
From S$300 a video. No retainer, no lock-in.
What a digital twin actually is
Not a stock avatar wearing your name. A reconstruction of the real you, so what people watch is genuinely yours.
I build your on-screen presenter from a two-minute video of the real you, filmed on your own phone in your own room. Or a twin of a team member, or a friendly stock presenter if you'd rather not be on camera at all.
The narration is your own voice recording, not a synthetic read. Your accent, your pacing, the way you actually explain things to someone sitting in front of you. Record once, reuse the twin.
Anything factual - a product, a price, a claim - is real and comes from you. AI does only the non-critical work, like a mood shot of a night street or a waiting room. You sign off every frame before it ships.
How it works
Almost all the work is mine. Here's the honest split of yours - call it under an hour in total, spread across a week.
A short chat to pick the topic, then I draft the script from what you already say. I keep redrafting until you're happy. Nothing gets built until you've agreed the words.
Your part · a callA one-page kit tells you where to sit, how to look at the lens and what to say. One continuous two-minute take on your phone, plus a voice recording of the script.
Your part · 2 min on cameraI build your twin, animate any explainer graphics, cut the b-roll, and add your colours, logo and booking details - then send a private preview link.
My part · first cut in ~a weekTell me what's wrong and I re-cut it, up to five rounds. Once you're happy you get the final vertical MP4 with a suggested caption. It's yours to post whenever you like.
Your part · a reviewThe proof it works
The pipeline isn't a promise - it's already producing patient-education reels for Singapore specialists, the toughest test there is. Every clinical frame is licensed or drawn to spec, never generated, and the doctor signs off before anything goes out. If it holds up under medical advertising rules, it will hold up for your business.
on camera is the entire ask - versus a half-day filming shoot.
from your footage to a first cut you can review.
specialist reels delivered and accepted, with more in production.
Want to see one? Ask me on WhatsApp - I'll show you a finished reel made on myself, and request an introduction to a client in your field if you'd like a reference.
Pricing
I'd rather you judge me on a finished reel than on a proposal.
One 60-second reel, from script to final file.
S$300 upfront, then up to five rounds until it's right. One video, nothing renews.
Making these every month? The digital twin is one line of the JY Multiplier - my monthly plan that keeps all your channels running and works through your whole list. Same craft, folded into one flat fee. Start with the free Audit and I'll tell you which makes sense.
The things you're probably wondering
It's a real digital twin built from real footage, lip-synced to a real voice recording - not a cartoon avatar. Ask me on WhatsApp and I'll send you a finished reel made on myself, so you can judge the exact quality you'd get. If anything looks wrong to you at preview, I re-cut it.
You own the final video - you get the MP4 and it's yours to post anywhere. Your presenter is built in my production account and used only for your reels. I never generate anything with your face that you haven't approved in writing, and I delete it on request.
No. Three options: a twin of you (two minutes on your phone), a twin of a colleague who's happy to be filmed, or a friendly stock presenter if nobody wants to appear. The script and voice can still be yours either way.
That's your call - it's your video and your name on it, so I don't impose a rule either way. Everything it says is yours: your script, your voice, your face. If you'd like a disclosure line in the caption or a note on screen, say so and I'll add it at no charge.
Two minutes is your entire time in front of a lens: one continuous take on your phone, sitting still, looking at the lens. Around that you'll spend a short call agreeing the script, a few minutes recording it in your voice, and a review of the preview. Under an hour in total, spread across a week - versus a filming day.
Anything you'd normally need to be on camera for: explaining a service, walking through a product, answering the question customers always ask, an educational piece for your field, an announcement, a welcome video. It's a vertical 1080x1920 MP4, so post it on Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook - same file, everywhere.
Tell me what's wrong and I re-cut it, up to five rounds. In practice nobody has needed five - the script is agreed before I build anything, so there are no surprises at preview. The S$300 buys the build plus those revisions, and nothing renews, so the most you're ever committed to is that one reel.
Tell me what you'd say to camera if you had the time. I'll come back with a topic and a script idea, and you can decide from there.
